About

Aline Michel's fascination with ceramics began at a very young age and she chose to plunge into this passion a few years ago. She trained at Sonia Pignolet's Atelier 170, at the Académie des Beaux-Arts (still ongoing) and in numerous workshops.

Curious by nature, Aline explores various and varied techniques, as an autodidact, and acquires her experience through repetition and training.

At Aline Michel Ceramics, the pieces are unique or in small series, and worked on the potter's wheel, but also by modeling. Each piece is the fruit of Aline's imagination, her know-how and carries a part of her creativity.

Through each creation, it is essential for her to transmit her love for ceramics and her taste for beautiful objects.

Aline likes to experiment with shapes, textures and colors to give life to aesthetic and functional objects.

She creates her pieces by imagining them taking place in the paintings of our daily life, wanting them to be authentic, unique, which only craftsmanship can give to the art of living.
